Reserve Facility for Your Own Event (Available Jan-April & Oct-Dec) by the hour

Set-up an event for $50/hr!

For most events consider adding 2 hours (at a minimum) to the event time for set-up/decorating and clean-up.   Example:  For a  2 hour event (2-4 pm), enter the hour prior to the event (1:00 pm) and the hour after the event (5:00 pm) for a total of 4 hours (1-5 pm).

Group size between 50 – 60 people

To Sign-up (no payment taken at this time):

First, go to the Menu at the top and check the “Calendar” to see if your date/time are available,

then on the calendar shown below,

• • Click/press on the the <date> in the calendar to reserve.  A “Start Time” and “End Time” box will generate.
  • Click on the <Start Time> drop-down box and click on the beginning time.
  • Click on the <End Time> drop-down box and click on the ending time (Booking Cost should generate.).  
  • Click on the <Check Availability> button.  It will take you to your cart.
  • Click on <Proceed to checkout> box;
  • Enter <contact information>. 
  • To complete, click on the <terms & conditions> square and the <Request Confirmation> button.

• An email will generate informing us of your request.  Old Pecan Factory will confirm and send you an email with instructions and waivers.
