Reserve Kitchen by the Hour – for permitted caterers and similar business types

If you are interested in renting Old Pecan Factory’s kitchen, sign-up below for more information regarding pricing, etc.

To Sign-up (no payment taken at this time):

First, go to the Menu at the top and check the “Calendar” to see if your date/time are available,

then on the calendar shown below,

• • Click/press on the the <date> in the calendar to reserve.  A “Start Time” and “End Time” box will generate.
  • Click on the <Start Time> drop-down box and click on the beginning time.
  • Click on the <End Time> drop-down box and click on the ending time (Booking Cost should generate $0.00).  
  • Click on the <Check Availability> button.  It will take you to your cart.
  • Click on <Proceed to checkout> box;
  • Enter <Your Contact Info> include additional information in the <Order notes> box if times will be different than requested, etc.  
  • To complete, click on the <terms & conditions> square and the <Request Confirmation> button.

• An email will generate informing us of your request.  Old Pecan Factory will confirm and send you an email with pricing and instructions/waiver.
